[Resolved][External] Incident detected in the EUCARIS service Via Oberta offered by the General Directorate of Traffic

The following incident has been resolved:

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, an incident has been detected that affects the service EUCARY de Via Oberta offered by the Directorate General of Traffic.

The service is working properly again.
