The following incidence is currently found resolved:

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, an incident has been detected that affects the services of Via Oberta offered by the General Directorate of Police, idCATMobile, idCAT Certificate and Video Identification.

Services are available again.

Services affected:
• Queries from Via Oberta/interoperability of the General Directorate of Police
• idCAT Mobile – registration (online without certificate and by video identification)
• idCAT certificate – Issuance of certificates idCAT from the Registration Entities
