[Resolved][External] Incident detected in the services Via Oberta, idCATMobile, idCAT Certificate and Video Identification for September 30th at 22:47 p.m.

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, an incident has been detected that affects the services of Via Oberta, idCATPhone, idCAT Certificate i Video identification. Most interoperability services provided by the State may experience intermittent outages.

These services are now available again.

Services affected:

  • Queries from Via Oberta/interoperability of theGeneral State Administration
  • idCAT Mobile – registration (online without certificate and by video identification)
  • idCAT certificate – Issuance of certificates idCAT from the Registration Entities
