[Resolved] [External] Incident detected in the services of the DGP of Via Oberta, idCATMobile, idCAT Certificate and Video Identification

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, an incident has been detected that affects the services ofInteroperability offered by the Directorate General of Police.

These services are now available again.

Services affected:

  • Via Oberta from the DGP – Consultations
  • idCAT Mobile – registration (online without certificate and by video identification)
  • idCAT certificate – Issuance of certificates idCAT from the Registration Entities
