[Resolved] [External] Incident detected in the Digital Envelope service

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

The Department of the Vice-Presidency, Economy and Finance has informed us that an incident has been detected that affects the submission of bids to Envelope Digital for the validation of the signature of the summary.

In parallel, it has been detected that some files published in PSCP are staying in the “Publishing” status longer than usual.

Services are available again.
