[Resolved] [External] Incidence detected on Digital Envelope service performance

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

 

An incident has been detected that affects the Digital Envelope service causing slowness to Digital Envelope functionalities. Although this does not prevent operation, it can randomly affect the configuration of envelopes, submission of tenders and opening of proposals.

Technicians in the Department of the Vice Presidency, Economy and Finance are working to resolve this in the shortest possible time.
