[Resolved][External] Connectivity issue with AOC Consortium services

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

For reasons beyond the control of the AOC Consortium, a connectivity issue has been detected that affects some users whose Internet provider is Jazztel, which means that the different services of the AOC Consortium cannot be accessed correctly.
