[AOC] New version e-TAULER service for consumption by integration

To inform you that the new WS version of the e-TAULER service has been available since last September. This version includes the option to indicate “personal data” as an optional field in any edict.

This information has been published in: https://github.com/ConsorciAOC/e-TAULER#3.2.

During the first semester of 2024, the current e-panels will be migrated to the new version, starting with entities that have an e-panel without integration. But it is important that your integrations are adapted and updated to the new version, in order to allow us to be able to exclude announcements and edicts from the history (at any time in an agile way and from their file solution ).
