[Resolved] [AOC] Issue detected with card-based certificate requests for EACAT and approval of the T-CAT ERs

The following incidence is currently found resolved:

An incident has been detected that causes card-based certificate requests to EACAT and approval of the RE (Registration Entity) T-CAT does not function correctly.

These services are now available again.
