[Resolved][AOC] Incident detected affecting SIR 2.0 service procedures,EACAT and access to Open Government services (e-site and portal) transparència), eTRAM i Representa

The following issue is currently resolved:

An incident has been detected that affects the processing of the services ofEACAT i SIR 2.0. This impact means that no procedures can be carried out. SIR2.0 and that it gives an error when carrying out some procedures in EACAT.

It has also been detected that it affects access to services. Open Government (Headquarters and portal of transparència), at the service eTRAM, Representa and on the part of the public worker ofeFACT.

We remind you that the new portal is now accessible: https://eacat3-cl.aoc.cat/ 

Services are operating normally again.

Affected service: EACAT i SIR 2.0, access to Open Government (Seo-e and portal of transparència), e-TRAM, Representa, part of the public worker ofeFACT.
