The following incidence is currently found resolved:
An incident has been detected that affects a specific service procedure. Specifically in the generic instance procedure, and only when you want to attach a text (previously prepared) on the first screen of the procedure.
It must be said that this incident does not imply in any case that it is not possible to process. As long as it is not resolved (forecast Wednesday, May 11), the user, instead of directly attaching the information (the document previously prepared on the first screen), can choose to fill out the form in full (short description / request and expose) and then, on the attached screen, add your model. In this way it will be possible to carry out the procedure correctly.
