16/06/2020 17:00: The incident that affected the uploading/downloading and viewing of documents on ERES 2.0 has been resolved since 9:45 AM.

These services are now available again.

Services affected: ERES 2.0.

16/06/2020 09:45: We inform you that in order to resolve the incident affecting the uploading/downloading and viewing of documents on ERES 2.0, a restart will be carried out which will result in a service outage of about 15 minutes.

 

15/06/2020 08:00: An incident has been detected that affects the uploading/downloading and viewing of documents in ERES 2.0.

Work is underway to resolve it as soon as possible.
