[AOC] Update document Integration of the DGT service

Notify you that changes have been made to the service of DGT The changes are in the Preproduction environment. In Production they will be uploaded on 29/01/2025.

  • DGT_DATES_VEHICLE_IVTM: incorporates the DGT address into the notification address of the owner and the tax address of the vehicle.
  • DGT_VEHICLE_DATA and DGT_OWNER_VIA: the INE address is returned in all cases if it exists. Otherwise, the DGT address is returned.
  • DGT_DATA_VEHICLE_PENALTIES: includes the fiscal address of the vehicle and the address of the owner of the vehicle.
