The Unified Registration service allows the integration of the services of the AOC Consortium with the general register of entries and exits of the entity. With this integration, the entries of entry or exit settlements generated by the AOC services (eFACT, eNOTUM, EACAT, eTRAM, eTAULER, Transparency portal, Contractor profile,…) are made directly in the general register of the us, instead of being done in the EACAT auxiliary electronic register as had been done so far. Therefore, with this solution, it allows you to have only one record (the body's own), instead of having 2 (the EACAT's own plus) as you currently have.
From the AOC Consortium we have classified the destination of the settlements passing through this service, and we have been able to make this classification (2015 data) according to the type
Next, we show a classification of the entities, depending on the type of entry and exit registration (except Generalitat de Catalunya).
1. Contact us with EACAT as an electronic registration
- We who do not have registration software (registration book, Office Tools, other alternatives….)
- Entities that have registration software (from external providers or developing internally by the entity itself) and have not requested the service "Unified registration". For these entities, all settlements generated by the services of the AOC Consortium are created in the EACAT register. (These entities have to look every day for 2 records: the EACAT register and its main register)
Local World: City councils and county councils
Other entities: Consortia, Foundations, Associations, etc.
2. We are registered with eRES and AOC Consortium provider
3. Us with eRES registration and supplier Diputació de Girona
4. Us with eRES registration and supplier Diputación de Tarragona
5. Coming soon, the Diputació de Lleida will also provide a registration service to their entities.
6.We have our own register (which is its main register, is managed by the entity itself and is of the entity) integrated into the Unified Register service and, therefore, the services of the AOC Consortium are registering on this register of the entity
