The AOC Consortium has made available to the Catalan Local Administrations a new submission of EACAT Procedures that allows managing the communication of the notification edicts to Unique Edictal Board (TEU) of the Official State Gazette (BOE), in compliance with the provisions of Law 15/2014.
The access to the shipment is located in the section Outstanding services of the EACAT home screen.
To access the submission, the user must be authenticated with a recognized digital certificate from the AOC Consortium (T-CAT or T-CAT P). The default users are all people with the position of Secretary in EACAT of the entities that have decided to send their notification edicts to the BOE through this submission. In addition, the entity's user manager at EACAT may grant the Editor profile to all persons in the organization it deems appropriate. The Editor profile allows you to create new ads and submit them.
