100% of Catalan councils offer digital services to citizens

The 947 town councils of Catalonia have been offering, since this June, the digital services that guarantee citizens the digital rights of processing and transparency provided for by law.

The last municipalities to offer these digital services have been the Ajuntament de la Febró and the Ajuntament de Fontanilles. Febró activated the generic instance service during the month of January 2023.

On the other hand, Fountains offered citizens the possibility to send, from the municipal website, "Complaints, suggestions and proposals" and request an "Appointment with an elected official or municipal technician", but it was this month of June when the "instance service" was activated generic".
