The Via Oberta / AEAT service requires the use of an electronic seal certificate, it is one of the technical requirements to access the query.
This is the same stamp used for other AOC Services. When the expiration date is approaching and the body is renewing the seal (which must be ceded exclusively for use of AOC services), the new stamp is automatically loaded by the same services as the previous one.
However, this automatic upload is an exception. With regard to the Via Oberta / AEAT consultation, in addition to renewing the stamp, it is also necessary to send the AEAT the public key of the renewed seal, in order to authorize the new seal for access to queries. Once the AEAT has confirmed by e-mail that it has authorized the new stamp, this confirmation must be sent to the AOC via EACAT, so that we can upload the new stamp with the certainty that it has been authorized by the AEAT. , and therefore ensure that the queries work properly.
It is therefore essential to manage the new seal in both the AOC and the AEAT, since if one of the two bands does not have the same authorized seal, it will not be possible to consult Via Oberta / AEAT.
