Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?

Since last October, Catalonia has been a member of theOpen Government Partnership (OGP), the Global Open Government Alliance or international network that the Open Government has been promoting since 2011. It includes more than 70 states and also 70 cities and regions that have joined it local program.
La Catalan candidacy to be part of it it was presented by the Generalitat de Catalunya on behalf of the Network of Transparent Governments and the Barcelona Open Data Initiative on behalf of civil society. Catalonia's membership in the OGP allows an exchange of experiences and resources between Catalan entities and other countries.
