The new version of e-NOTUM is now available and includes several improvements and new features. They are as follows:
- New visual appearance of the citizen and public worker environments (EACAT), which makes it more usable and intuitive.
- Contacts agenda: allows you to create the most common recipients of your notifications and create contact groups (companies, collegiate bodies, etc.).
- Electronic communications: will allow you to make all types of communications not considered reliable notifications of administrative acts, but that you need to have guarantees of delivery.
- Notifications for hiring: will allow you to make notifications with the specific legal requirements for contracting (5 days deadline + recognized electronic signature)
- Etiquetes: Your notifications can be grouped into predefined tags, allowing you to search more quickly for notifications that belong to one type of administrative procedure. The 6 predefined tags are: Grants and subsidies, Public procurement, Licenses and permits, Fines and tributes, Collegiate Bodies, other.
- Templates: You can define your own email notification email and SMS templates.
- Mass notifications: Sending batches of notifications by FTP.
