Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
INNOtECA is a dynamic compilation of innovative experiences carried out by the
Generalitat de Catalunya and its public sector (APiSP) and has incorporated the Nextinit project, the AOC's open innovation platform, into its catalog of experiences.
These innovative experiences fall into five categories: products in the form of services, products in the form of goods, organization and process, dissemination and communication, and strategy.
In the case of the Nextinit platform, it has been included in the Strategy category.
La AOC open innovation platform (Nextinit) allows a community to participate in a challenge by contributing ideas to solve it, voting on the ideas of other members, recommending their idea or other ideas, and so on. In this way, different points of view and approaches are available, thus escaping creative inbreeding.
All these actions are carried out with the "hook" of gamification, as it is based on a bag of "cyber currencies" that allows us to invest in ideas, and depending on their success, our investment experiences a return. Other actions that also expand the investment portfolio are the comments made or the invitation to other people to participate in the challenge. We summarize the latest challenges in an infographic.
From the AOC we take advantage of the potential of the platform to pose challenges that we consider relevant. With the ingenuity of all the people who voluntarily participate and the techniques of "gamification" we obtain solutions that help us to transform the Administration.
