In order to comply with the deadlines established in the regulations governing the transmission of contractual data to the Public Register of Contracts, we inform you that the February 28, 2022, is the last day to inform your data of the contracts corresponding to the exercise 2021.
From the Technical Services of the Public Register of Contracts in the Department of Economy and Finance, it has been detected that there is still a high volume of contracts that are already reported but are pending submission, so we ask you to review and do delivery as soon as possible. All contract data for 2021, including extensions, modifications and settlements, must be definitively communicated.
So the next day February 28 2022, all contract data must be reported to the PRC and those that are still in the “contracting body” or “returned contract” status must be duly submitted.
