Three AOC AI systems included in Social Services Algorithm Radar unveiled at MWC 2024
The past year 2020 will be remembered as the year of the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected us in a general way and from many points of view: health, economic, domestic, labor, etc. Despite the darkness surrounding the coronavirus crisis, there is a ray of light because we can say that 2020 has been the year in which there has been a strong boost from digital administration as evidenced by the balance sheet data on the AOC activity that we publish annually.
The analysis of the data shows that the number of procedures carried out electronically has doubled and that they now represent 74% of the total number of procedures carried out with the administration. During 2020 the AOC has served 2250 public bodies between local administrations, public sector of the Generalitat de Catalunya, universities, parliamentary bodies and other public bodies and more than 834.000 transactions have been made per day with an availability of 99,6 %.
