- Interoperability
EUCARIS vehicle data is now available on Via Oberta
In order to avoid the requirements of the State Intermediation Platform (PID), a series of changes have been made to the form that we list below:
- Legal rule: Regarding the data requested through the PID, remember that at the moment the publication, contribution or translation into Spanish both the applicable regulations and the form where the consultation of the data is reported and the opposition to the same is guaranteed or, in the necessary cases, the consent of the interested party is collected. It should also be noted that the current policy of issuers is that of not accepting generic regulations that it does not expressly establish the data to be consulted; therefore, the specific rule governing the specific procedure where the data or document to be consulted is required must be indicated.
-Regarding consent, in “Apply for service”In the Via Oberta section there is an explanation of the types of consent or non-opposition in the document containing the step by step to fill in the authorization application form by type of procedure for Via Oberta services.
-To avoid further requirements that delay applications, it has also been added that specify the chapter, article, and point of the regulations.
Once you have approved the procedure, if you are later interested in interoperating other data required by the regulations governing it, you only need to request an extension of the data to be consulted for that same procedure. For example, if you were authorized by DGP and Working Life for procedure 2883, you would request an extension of the 2883 data to consult INSS.
We remind you that the form is by procedure. So, you must always choose the same procedure code for all data from the AGE. For example, if you request two details, you cannot choose a code for one data item (2883) Social emergency economic benefits ”and for another data item“ (2864) Family or personal benefits ”.
