We provide you with the communiqués issued by the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Board in relation to the operation of the Public Procurement Services Platform and its electronic Bidding tools in the event of a state of alarm declared by the Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March:

In addition, we emphasize that, from 25/03/2020, the automatic process of requesting a keyword to companies has been temporarily stopped, necessary for the opening of the offers sent through Envelope Digital to avoid generating confusion in the bidding companies for procedures that have suspended deadlines.

For those files in which it is considered that the continuation of the procedure is appropriate, it will be necessary for the Contracting Body to make the request for keywords manually through the “Request the keywords” button of the file. service opening tool (Digital Envelope).
