The Open Administration of Catalonia (AOC), in collaboration with the Vallès Oriental County Council's social services and Bismart's support, presents the MyGov Social project at the Mobile World Congress, which includes an innovative service of personalized, proactive recommendations. citizens with social needs, based on the advanced analysis of their personal data and the behavior of anonymous users with the same socio-demographic profile. This service will be offered with strict compliance with the rules of personal data and, for ethical principles, always upon request of the citizen.
The AOC's MyGov initiative aims to offer citizens a relationship with the administration that is personalized, proactive and trustworthy, based on the data available to the Administration, with an inter-administrative vision.
