Extension of the deadline for submitting to the RPC the contractual data for 2017

Prior to this date, the data relating to the contracts must be reported to the PRC and those which are still in the “contracting body” or “returned contract” state must be duly sent.
Remind you, also, that in order to facilitate this task, the Public Register of Contracts, incorporated on 31/01/2018 a new feature that will allow an Excel load of smaller contracts of the same amount awarded or less than 5.000 euros with a new reduced staff (which asks to report fewer fields). In the "uploading minor contracts" section you will find the new template for minors of reduced amount and in Excel with the instructions for uploading minor contracts, you will find a new tab with specific instructions for uploading of the reduced staff.
For other minor contracts worth more than 5.000 euros, you can continue to use the usual template for minor contracts.
The threshold of 5.000 euros was also applied to inform minors online individually on the page of the Register of Contracts of the Generalitat de Catalunya, so that you can access a screen of reduced children within the “award” section that only allows you to report contracts of 5.000 euros or less and the rest of the minors must be reported on the same screen as the other contracts informing in the field of the award procedure that they are contracts minors.
In the case of universities, the threshold established by the contracts of reduced minors is set at 3.000 euros.
