The day February 16 2018 is the last day to send to the Public Register of Contracts the contractual data corresponding to the year 2017. From the Technical Services of the PRC it has been detected that there is still a high volume of contracts that are already informed but are pending forward, so we ask that you review them and make the shipment as soon as possible. All contractual data for 2017 must be definitively communicated, including extensions, modifications and settlements.
In that sense, the next day February 16 2018, all contract data must be reported to the PRC and those that are still in the “contracting agency” or “returned contract” status must be duly submitted.
To facilitate this task, we inform you that the day January 31 the Public Register of Contracts, will have a new functionality that will allow to make a load by Excel of the smaller contracts of equal amount or inferior to 5.000 euros with a new reduced staff (that asks to inform less fields). In the section on "loading minor contracts" you will find, from this date, the new template for minors of reduced amount and in Excel with the instructions for loading minor contracts you will find a new tab with the specific instructions for loading the reduced staff.
For other minor contracts worth more than 5.000 euros, you can continue to use the usual template for minor contracts.
From 31 January, the threshold of 5.000 euros will also be applied to inform minors online individually on the page of the Register of Contracts of the Generalitat de Catalunya, so that you can access a screen of reduced children within the “award” section that will only allow you to report contracts of 5.000 euros or less and the rest of the minors must be informed on the same screen as the other contracts informing in the field of the award procedure that they are contracts minors.
In addition, we inform you that the incident to the DESA'l service that at the end of 2017, affected the automatic upload of documents, uploaded to the Public Register of Contracts, to the DESA'l of the contracting bodies of the local world, was resolved and you can now resubmit contracts that remain in the “contracting agency” status to the PRC for this reason.
